I’m Peter Hayes, a 4th Year Creative Digital Media Student at MTU. My main work interest during the degree was in applying my design knowledge to emerging production styles with game engines, like Unreal Engine 4. I’ve engaged in both traditional and new media work throughout the degree and hope to continue this personal development.
I worked with a colleague on my FYP to create a new Virtual Reality game type in a game called “It’s Reality After All”. Built in UE4, a team of 2 must work together, interdependently, to make their way through a malfunctioning fairground ride set in different moments of history.
