AREAS OF EXPERTISE: ART THERAPY

Catherine studied Art Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire, UK in 1994-96 after completing her BA in Fine Art painting in NCAD.   

Her past experience as an Art Therapist includes work with children, adolescents and adults within psychiatry and educational systems, children and families affected by sexual abuse and foster services.  

Her central clinical interest and experience lies in the analytic art therapy group process. She has presented at conferences internationally and currently works on the Applications Review Committee for the European Federation of Art Therapists (EFAT).
